i have had a good luck at the matches and am off tonight to watch Partick Thistle v St johnstone. St johnstone beat the jags 2-0 in perth on saturday with no report saying thistle deserved to take anything from the match and looking decidedly toothless up front -new signing Sam Morrow played 45 minutes to no affect.
Tonight thistle are without the spine of the team in Archibald and Billy gibson -both big losses and marti hardie will once again dominate in midfield for saints. The concern is down the flanks where roberts and strachan pose a threat to saints but not enough of one in my opinion.
Kevin James is out tonight for saints which must be a blow but i think we look at the previous results this season which shows saints winning the lot.
